How did you both meet?

We met at The Barn in Sanford.

How was the proposal?

He proposed after a great birthday weekend with the family.

What was your wedding inspiration? (think decor, overall theme and feel of the day, etc)

Our wedding inspiration was Natural Love, greens and roses. 

What was your favorite design element of your wedding?

The florals were my favorite part. 

Describe some of your favorite wedding details and how you came up with them.

I loved the color scheme and all of the candles and vases; we really wanted a lot of candlelight! I got everything from Pinterest and just kept expanding from there.

What was the most memorable moment of your wedding day?

The most memorable moment was probably the first touch. That was when things really hit both of us.

Simple and delicious naked cake with handmade florals to match.

Any advice for those planning their wedding now?

Any advice for those planning their wedding now?

My advice would be to follow your gut on everything and don’t stress about every little detail. It will all fall into place. Even if you have to buy new dresses the night before!

What was your biggest surprise on your wedding day?

My biggest surprise would probably be how great and beautiful everything turned out to be. It was just like I imagined and was even better that I did all the work because I was so proud of myself and my bridesmaids. 

What one moment will last with you both forever?

Our last dance will last with me forever. It was very special. 

What song did you walk down the aisle to?

Make you feel my love by Adele 

What song played for your first dance?

Better together was our first dance. 

What are you most looking forward to as a married couple?

We are looking forward to traveling the most.

What did you like the most about working with KV Photography?

Absolutely loved how easily it was to work with you guys and how comfortable you made us feel at all times!
