How did you both meet?

We met on Hinge!

How did your husband propose?

He proposed at home. I usually forget things before leaving the house and we had plans for dinner at our favorite restaurant. He told me I was forgetting something again, I obviously walked over the house perplexed and he said I’ll just help you. He got on one knee and said I couldn’t let you leave the house one more day without it and gave me ring!

What was your wedding inspiration? (think decor, overall theme and feel of the day, etc.)

I wanted the decor to be timeless and elegant.

What was your favorite design element of your wedding?

My favorite design element was the decor of our head table.

Describe some of your favorite wedding details and how you came up with them?

I loved the florals; I will have to give all the credit to our florist.

What was the most memorable moment of your wedding day?

We loved our first dance!

We had a classic cake with decorative florals. We served two types, carrot and coconut infused with pineapple.

Any advice for those planning their wedding now?

When you’re budgeting, plan to spend 10 percent more of what you intended for random expenses.

What was your biggest surprise on your wedding day?

The rain! It wasn’t really a surprise but how much was rain was the real shock.

What one moment will last with you both forever?

We loved our first dance together.

Wildest Dreams by Taylor Swift.

What song played for your first dance?

Best Part by Daniel Cesar ft H.E.R.

What are you most looking forward to as a married couple?

Our honeymoon.

My favorite thing is you guys! You are so personable and easy to work with, the photos are an added benefit!
