How did you both meet?
He was my boss…opps, lol. we were working at Hilton vacation club and I was in sales and he was my sales manager, he was my teacher, my trainer and my super cute crush. lol….
How did your husband propose?
Feb 1st 2017, it was our 4 year anniversary so we celebrate every year at the waldorf astoria bull and bear restaurant, we get the same table, overlooking the fireworks and so I thought it was a normal anniversary dinner, I was sick that day so he kept hinting that we could cancel it but that he really wanted to go and have our great and dinner together, well I am glad I pulled it together because we had the most wonderful meal and as the fireworks were beginning he got down on his knee and asked me to marry him, I remember screaming and asking if he was serious, lol. the entire restaurant starting roaring and applauding and then as I was balling my eyes out screaming yes, will had about 10 of our closest friends waiting in the lobby and they all rushed in to surprise me! we spent the rest of the night in the hotel lobby with bottles of champagne and it was one of the best nights ever.
What was your wedding inspiration? (think decor, overall theme and feel of the day, etc)
Italian glam mixed with winter whites, I wanted a soft and romantic day with all whites and pale pink colors to fit the January cool, aka cold weather and then the elegance of Italian themes like limoncello, etc. I wanted tons of candlelight so it would be a romantic and clean feeling overall, I knew the gazebo was my focus for pics so I def wanted it just how it came out with the white drapes and the beautiful flowers across the top.
What was your favorite design element of your wedding?
The gazebo for sure with the drapes and the rose petals and the flowers everywhere!!!! and our sweetheart table with the candles and rose tablecloth.
Describe some of your favorite wedding details and how you came up with them.
I have lived on Pinterest and wedding sites for years now so I had tons of ideas in my head from the moment I said yes to will!! the gif booth was really fun and I loved the pics everyone had from it, having my parents get up and dance to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary to their wedding song will be a memory we all cherish forever, the popcorn bar that I had put out at end of the night to showcase wills obsession with popcorn was a must since I knew he would love the to-go monogrammed bags of custom flavors of popcorn!
What was the most memorable moment of your wedding day?
the moment we read our vows to each other and when we got announced as husband and wife I was so giddy I wanted to start jumping up and down, I think I did a little actually, also the sand ceremony with his son was super special to us, the final dance with will in the empty ballroom that made me cry my eyes out will be a moment I will never, ever forget in my lifetime.
Please describe your cake (if any):
omg, how pretty was that cake, I had 2 pics of cake designs I liked and at the tasting will with the pastry chef from the Ritz said lets put them together so he and the chef drew a sketch of the cakes together and the drawling is still on our fridge, the final cake was more beautiful then I even imagined….and the flavors were of course Italian wedding cake and then he and I love dark chocolate so the venue told us they would give our guests both so who doesn’t love 2 wedding cakes?!

What one moment will last with you both forever?
