How did you both meet?

We met on a dance team during our freshman year of college.

How was the proposal?

The proposal was at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. I told Chelsea we had a 9am brunch reservation which made it very obvious that I was proposing. The setting was beautiful and it went perfectly.

What was your wedding inspiration? (think decor, overall theme and feel of the day, etc)

Classy, tuscan, Fall color palette.

What was your favorite design element of your wedding?

It would definitely had to be Bella Collina’s natural beauty.

Describe some of your favorite wedding details and how you came up with them.

We wanted it to be the best party of our lives, like a club or a rave, so we had CO2 guns and also confetti, which was was our favorite.

What was the most memorable moment of your wedding day?

Without a doubt it was our last dance.

We had a delicious vanilla cannoli cake with buttercream frosting.

Any advice for those planning their wedding now?

Start early, don’t live important things for the last minute, and do whatever makes you happy.

What was your biggest surprise on your wedding day?

As the groom who was VERY involved with the wedding planning… The confetti on the dance floor!

What one moment will last with you both forever?

Our last dance.

What song did you walk down the aisle to?

Elvis Presley – can’t help falling in love with you (String quartet).

What song played for your first dance?

Stephen Sanchez – Until I Found You.

What are you most looking forward to as a married couple?

We are really looking forward to raising a family.

What did you like the most about working with KV Photography?

Val and Ed were so fun to work with. They were so detail oriented and knew how to make most of the setting. Their work is stunning and we could not have been happier with their work.
